Who we are & scope
DARAWA (ضراوة) is the developer and publisher responsible for the information handled by us under this policy. Contact: hello@darawa.com. This policy covers darawa.com, support correspondence, and DARAWA games that link to it, including Door Bell Dash (رنّ وشلف). Advertising and purchase sections apply to versions with those features enabled; they do not mean every game or version contains them. A game-specific notice may supplement this policy. Other publishers' games and external services are governed by their own notices.

Game progress & device data
Door Bell Dash uses local save data for progress, scores, coins, inventory and settings. Local storage alone does not send that information to DARAWA. Device or platform backup settings may create separate backups. Clearing app storage can permanently remove local progress; uninstalling may remove it, subject to your backup settings. Advertising and purchase services can process information even when gameplay progress stays on the device. Do not assume that an offline save system means no information is collected by these services.

Google AdMob advertising
Versions with ads use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These are used to deliver and measure advertising, provide analytics and prevent fraud. The information processed depends on the SDK version, configuration and privacy choices. Personalized advertising can use information about interests or previous activity; non-personalized ads can still process data for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Google Play purchases
In versions with Google Play in-app purchases, Google processes the payment through your Google account. DARAWA does not receive your full payment-card number through Google Play Billing. The game and purchase systems can process product identifiers, purchase tokens, order information and purchase status to deliver items, verify entitlements, restore supported purchases and resolve payment enquiries. Google handles its account and payment records under its own policies. Purchase records required for transactions, disputes or legal obligations may remain after local game data is deleted.

Advertising choices & consent
Where applicable law requires consent for advertising identifiers or personalized advertising, that consent must be obtained before the relevant processing. Reading this policy or using a game is not, by itself, consent to personalized ads. Use privacy or consent controls presented in the game, where available, and your Android advertising-ID settings to manage your choices. You may also contact us to withdraw consent or ask about your options. Resetting or deleting an advertising ID does not erase all provider records or necessarily stop ads. Google account privacy controls govern information Google handles independently.

Purposes & legal grounds
Game-related information is used to operate enabled features, deliver purchased items or ad rewards, resolve support requests, measure advertising and diagnose service problems, and prevent abuse or fraud. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing the service or purchase you request, our legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation where those interests do not override your rights, compliance with legal duties, or consent where required. Advertising partners may act as independent controllers for some processing and explain their legal grounds in their own policies.

Information handled
If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, message, attachments and other details you choose to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. The website has no visitor registration, checkout or contact-form database.

Why information is used
We use enquiry information to reply, discuss potential collaborations and manage the resulting correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities support our legitimate interests in operating the website and answering enquiries, steps you request before entering a contract, or compliance with legal obligations, as relevant.

Cookies & browser storage
The site stores your light or dark theme preference on your device using local storage (darawa-theme and darawa-theme-revision). This is a display preference, not an advertising identifier. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data; your theme will reset. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Hosting infrastructure may use storage or cookies needed for delivery or security.

Retention & security
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain an ongoing business relationship or meet applicable record-keeping and legal requirements. Technical records are subject to the relevant provider's retention practices. Theme settings remain on your device until cleared or overwritten. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices & requests
You can ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or request deletion by emailing hello@darawa.com. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access, restrict processing, receive a portable copy or complain to a data-protection authority. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Rights can have exceptions; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Game providers & international processing
For enabled game features, information is shared with Google for advertising and purchases as described above, and with email providers when you contact support. We may disclose information to comply with law, address fraud or protect rights, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice. Providers can process information in countries other than yours, whose laws may differ. Where required, cross-border transfers must use a valid legal mechanism, such as appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to data we control. Provider policies govern their independent processing.

Game retention, deletion & security
Local saves remain until removed or replaced on your device; manage any separate backups through your platform settings. We retain support information only as needed to resolve the request, handle related disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Purchase records may be retained for verification, refunds, fraud prevention and required accounting periods. Google sets retention periods for data it independently controls. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by DARAWA, email hello@darawa.com with the game name and enough information to identify your request; do not send passwords or full payment details. We may verify identity and explain any lawful retention exception. We cannot directly erase Google's independent records or remotely erase device-only saves. We use appropriate access restrictions and secure handling for information under our control; no system is completely secure.

Children & younger players
Our games covered by this policy are not currently directed to children under 13. Store content ratings do not replace this privacy audience statement. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact hello@darawa.com so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or other protective steps. Older minors may need parental permission under local law; advertising consent ages can be higher than 13. Any future child-directed release requires a separate review and appropriate privacy and advertising safeguards.
